Doc thought a moment. It was a long trip to Canaria and he had a team with him already so he thought it best to use what was available.
"Dr. Bohr, since my team is here and the subjects are frozen, we can begin here," he explained, "If we need to make a transport to Omega 49, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it."
Doc assembled his team, his gear and allowed Dr. Bohr to escort him.
Dr Bohr lead Doc Holliday and his team to a residential wing, and assigned four quarters to them.
He allowed them to settle in, and enlightened them to the local amenities and services available.
Once they had settled in, he lead them across the complex towards a restricted area. Restricted Personnel signs were abundant, and the levels of security needed to get in were tremendous. Niels indicated to Holliday where the basic gear was, and the three research chambers that were vacant were his to use. When they became familiar, Niels produced a small device and asked Doc Holliday to place it against his left eye and too look at the house pictured inside it. A rapid clicking was heard and a single tone sounded. "Thank you, Doc. You have clearance now to access the quarantine unit. The subjects have been cryocubed to prevent decay of their bodies. You are welcome to take four of them for studies. Just be mindful of who you let in there, please?" Dr Bohr pointed to a large security door at the southern end of the corridor.
"I am sure you can settle in and begin your studies from here on in. Let me know if there is anything we can do to help. Here is my personal communication number." Dr Bohr hands a small info chip across to Doc Holliday.
Sometime later, Dr Bohr arrived back down at the Institute. He hurriedly gathered his things and disembarked, and headed for the reception. He dumped his belongings on to the reception desk and asked the woman manning it to put them aside for him.
He made for the research wing, and began muttering to himself. He was agitated and nervous, this new finding was undecipherable. "What the hell was going on?" When Niels couldn't figure things out, it worked him up. He reached the quarter he assigned to Doc Holliday and his crew, and called out for the doctor. "Hey Doc! You need to see this!"
He grabbed a data pad off a desk, and inserted a memory chip he had in his pocket into it.
Up came a hard copy of the days events on the screen.
I haven't heard from you in days. How has the progress been?
I believe this is a matter for the LSF, so I am reducing the staffing on this project, and am sending the remaining crew to an alternate interested party. Do you require anymore specimens?

My apologies, Dr. Bohr, this has been one of the most difficult assignments I've ever had to deal with. My lack of knowledge of the Nomads is really not helping. I have done some research on them before but not like this.
The only reference I have is one patient I had some time back that had a Nomad posession and those records I'm having a hard time finding.
In as much as I hate to say this, don't bring the LSF into this. The people they call enemies or even terrorists are the ones who know Nomads like no one else does, yes, the research staff of the Order.
Also, with the current state of the patients presented, it'll be hard to figure out. I think you and I need to meet for an in depth discussion that isn't over a com channel.
That can be arranged, I have a meeting coming up shortly regarding this matter. I would like for you to attend if you wish, to collaborate with myself and a doctor I am yet to discover the identity of.
The threats made to the Republic of Liberty is beyond my means. I can work on an antidote, but I do not have the capabilities to stop an attack.
I can assure you that these specimens are going to a non-military research development, and no LSF inquiry has been made regarding this study.
If you wish for a more secure channel, please give me the frequency and encryption of the secure channel.
