It seems neither side in this instance is willing to listen to each other in a proper manner befitting the residents of the Discovery Gaming Community.
I think it is pretty easy to ignore a ship trying to blow you up, because you simply pretend they aren't there. It shoots you, you dock, log off and do something else.
If half of your activity on Mon'Star becomes like that, then will it be fun for either side?
You can't say "I'm not going to do anything about it because there isn't a problem", when to others around you, even a small amount, think otherwise. It will only get worse if you refuse to do something about it. Like a tumour in its early stages. If you leave it to go away by itself, you will probably die. But if it gets treated in its early stages, there is a large chance that the danger will be alleviated.
I am trying to help both sides here, instead of siding with one. One side will lose in the end, and I am afraid it will be you Mon'Star...
i really don't think anything is wrong with how i play Mon'Star. And just as long as i'm within the rules i should be able to play my character how i like to right?
is it the opinion of the few who run this server? are they the ones who dictate who can do what?
so if a few people have a problem with another's RP then they should change? even though they aren't doing anything wrong?
The problem is, anyone can play a psychopath who laughs in system chat, blows up NPCs, and shoots any player who he thinks he can fairly easily defeat.
And that's why the Admins don't allow just anyone to have a Terrorist ID.

What makes Mon'Star deserving of that ID?
ask them that question...they approved me. perhaps they can tell you better than i

That is the problem, right there. The "I"'s in that sentance. You can play exactly how you like, no one can stop you. But your RP is dependant on the actions of those around you. If none wish to Roleplay with you, then where does your fun go?
The few who have complained here could be all there are, or they could be the tip of the iceburg. It depends on what you want to do about it, now.
I am not trying to debate with you about whether its right or wrong for you to do whatever you please within the rules of Discovery. I say that you can. Everybord else knows you can. But will it be fun if no one wants to talk, to approach, or communicate with you?
I am trying to help the situation. I am not your enemy.
But If you don't want to listen, I can sympathise with that. I'll just sit back, and see how it evolves.
Dreygon, I like your RP. I have fought by your side serveral times as Outcast and allies (though you probably dont know it) and I really enjoyed it. The way you treated me was wel within your RP. I vote for Dreygon! Long live Mon'star!

What gets me is that Mon'Star is not a terrorist. He's a simple murderer, plain and simple. He has a terrorist ID to play a simple serial killer. A serial killer in a cruiser.
To be fair, unfortunately every lawful character I've encountered considers Mon'Star annoying. 'HAHAHA' isn't scary or intimidating, it's irritating, I'm afraid.
