We know that there is a shortage of Corsair battleships and we would never outright ask to use one. Besides, we honestly do not have the means or the numbers to have a battleship in a constant state of readiness. I am requesting only the use of a gunboat or possibly a Corsair cruiser if you are still allowing the sale of the new ones to non Corsairs. I know you are decommissioning the Huntress class cruisers, so I am referring to the new ones of course.
As far as weapons, we will take anything that you can spare. We would of course love to get our hands on some Tizonas, Coladas, and Salamancas, but anything at all will help right now.
As you know, we have been building up stocks of all ships from Cruisers to Light fighters for the possible defence of Crete, but now it seems less likely that the Rheinlanders will attack our home, you can be granted access to our weaponry.
The artifacts we mine on Crete and from Malvada cloud seem to be stuck somwhere in the pipeline, so artifact supply in general is being stopped for the time being. It is being sorted out as we speak, and we hope to open new mines on Crete soon.
For the time being, we have a single gunboat spare for your use. We also have some Colada's and Tizona's, but the Salamancas are in short supply as they are the choice of weapon for all Corsair pilots.
Feel free to pick up supplies of the guns mentioned above when you are next in Omicron Gamma. Your help against the Bretonians is most appreciated, as well as helping to spread our artifacts while curbing the revolting cardimine trade.
End Tranmission.

Today, our forces consisting of the recommissioned Cazadora, Gunboats Tinky and BBSG along with Skyelius in the new praetorian bomber and Ares in his Titan, attacked Omicron ALpha and destroyed the following with no losses:
We caught their forces completely unawares, because as we jumped in, they lost one of their fighters to their own mines, presumably in a training mission. Their main force also attacked us in drips and drabs, as it was only when the two Outcast destroyers had fallen, that the Outcast Battleship showed up. Suffice to say, it didn't last very long.
The new Cazadora Corsair Cruiser is proving to be an excellent ship, very capible of handling the Outcast destroyer. Heavy armour and good shielding is to thank for this, though the Cazadora has yet to be scratched as the shield integrity didn't fail in the battle above Malta.
On a more serious note, I found an Outcast Inferno Cannon mounted on it, which I am not pleased about at all. It has since been unmounted and replaced by a Cruiser Battlerazor, which was used to great effect against the Outcast destroyers as they closed in on the Cazadora. Don't put our enemies guns on our ships. Especially not the outcast guns... it makes me sick, and I sincerely hope this was a grave mistake.
Actually Cazadora has pretty much the same setup that the Huntress had, when i bought the new cruiser all the weapons that where on the Huntress went on the new cruiser, the only thing i changed was one Order turret for a Corsair turret. So whoever setup the Huntress mounted the outcast shield buster.

Status Report
I have completed my move to Yaren Base, both my Titan and the Sicarii are both on station. I had a few encounters today, helping Elder Yanez get his new bomber loaded out, as well as escorting a new recruit from New York to Yaren. Later I recived a message from the Zoner know as Jinx, He reported three Nomads in Delta. As I am new on this post and Brother Lucendez advice was to be diplomatic, I procced to Freeport 11 to lend assitance to our neighbors. I also forwarded the message to Elder Yanez on Crete, who made his way to delta, along with an impressive contingent of TBH and Benitez Family ships. The Nomad threat never really materialzied, and only one nomad ship made close contact. On a personal note, with the emergance of a new nomad group known as the Keepers, I am keenly aware that my days will not be dull.

Elders, I have spent some time in Delta now, and would like to make my first officail report.
Our relations with our neighbors, the Zoners, have been good as of late, mainly due to the fact that they need our help with the Keepers emergance and their feeling that Delta is theirs. The number of bounty hunters and mercs in delta is a concern as they operate with little interferance. Many see Freeport 11 as thier base. The much hyped nomad threat, has been slow to materilize, the nomad attacks seem to be directed at Freeport 11 not Yaren, and dispite the Zoners proclomations, the nomad attacks have been small and limitied. That is not to say that the threat is not there, these nomads are diffrent, more tactical then the ones we have dealt with in the past. This is of concern to me, but the threat at the moment may be acceptable. I would ask that the Elders discuss the matter, and with that in mind, consider stationing a Cruiser, if one is avalble, at Yaren. I have my Gun Boat, but many times, that is much less then what is needed to protect Yaren. Lastly, much to my chagrin, there has been a rash lately of large ships, attacking our milita piliots(NPC'S) in delta, it seems the "in thing" is to test your mettle against the Yaren defenses to show you've gots some balls(Rep Fixing). We ought to show these kids, what it's like to try and test yourself against The Brotherhood.
On another topic, my sources at Islay tell me the USMG is becoming active again. Last time they showed there faces they were minning in Gamma without any permision from us, and ignored our hails, the resulting fight destroyed 2 of their ships vs one of ours. Hopefully they wont try to mine gamma again, but keeps your eyes open.
Your work in Delta is much appreciated, if you are there when any Merc or Bounty Hunter fires on our base destroy them.
The Brotherhoods only Osiris class battleship has been stationed on Yaren for the last 3 days, ive also taken her out on patrol in Delta a couple of times, both times on getting close to these "Keepers" they have chose to jump back into iota or just disappeared.
Keep us briefed on whats happening over there, if the threat to Yaren does escalate we will talk about sending in more forces.
Keep up the good work brother and safe flying out there.

Recently there has been some activity and communications between Corsairs and the DIC.
I request orders, information, and our standing on DIC ships passing through Omicron Gamma and their docking status in regards to Planet Crete and Tripoli Shipyards.
The DIC faction is allied with the Britonian Government, therefore, unless otherwise negotioated they should not have any landing rights in Gamma and probably ought be considered hostle in general.

Elders I was patroling in Omicron Delta today and I was conntacted by the Nomad know as prophicy. The contact was quite sureal, but I was able to take note and my cabin recorder was working so I have a visual record and my notes of the conversaiton, they have been attached. His message seemed to be that they just wanted to be left alone, but when I pressed him futher for explination, he attacked me, my ship was destroyed, but the conversation countinued from my escape pod. This is deeper than any nomad contact up to this piont( to my knowalge). It seems they see us as the agressor, but they seem to want to control everything, this puts us in there way. While I think this might make rational negotianion possable, I thinki t might be usless anyway, they want this space and they want us out, so I'm not sure what there is to negotate, but this is a major development none the less. Elders I await your council on what to do next.

By now most of you have gotten the transmission from Sephardi, and I most certainly assume he is waiting for our response.
If you look back into the logs you can see that the Nomad codenamed Harbinger contacted me when I was stationed in Delta. In his communication, we can clearly see that the script from Harbinger, and the one from the Prophecy are similar if not identical. I have also intercepted communications from several Zoner groups that have had similar experiences, most notably an encounter by one Tannik Seldon and the Nomad Taurvi, again identical.
This leads one to assume that even though these are individual ships, they process the same thoughts, and talk in the same voice. The Nomads in this region of space seem to be ... cycling ... through the same thought patterns. Indeed, the Nomads may not even be communicating intentionally, it may be that humans close to a Keeper ship may unintentionally pick up Nomad signals. This is all conjecture, of course.
Now ... what to do about this obvious threat to Corsair power in Delta? I do not believe that we should make peace with these aliens. Our forefathers had battled them for centuries, and I don't believe that they can be cowed now, plus if they take out the Freeport and we do nothing, we would be in a much worse position, diplomatically as well as militarily, to do anything about them. Thus, I have a proposal.
I have been staying on Crete for a while. As I walk up and down the streets of our home, I am remembered of the fact that we still have famine all around us. Even though trade has made our hardship easier, my heart is saddened at the position of the common man and woman. Therefore I offer a proposal, that the Brotherhood station our new bombers and a wing of Titans at Freeport 11 to defend against the Nomads, and in return the Zoners give us the necessary components to build our own biodomes in a system controlled by the Brotherhood in the near future.
This would strengthen our hold on that region of space, giving Zoners the protection they want. And in return we get new biodomes to feed the hungry masses on Crete and focus our full attention on expanding the Corsair empire into the Omicrons and house systems. We would not even need a new contract, as our contract to defend Gran Canaria could be widened to encompass this project. With a majority of the Elder's support, I will send this proposal to the Council of Zoners for ratification.
Lucendez out.

"The thirteen saloons that had lined the one street of Seney had not left a trace. The foundations of the Mansion House hotel stuck up above the ground. The stone was chipped and split by the fire. It was all that was left of the town of Seney. Even the surface had been burned off the ground.
Nick looked at the burned-over stretch of hillside, where he had expected to find the scattered houses of the town and then walked down the railroad track to the bridge over the river. The river was there."
