Good Evening. Mr. Bell, I will be frank with you. I don't regret a thing. We of the Cold Lake project contracted you for supplying us with the requested material. And then, without a 'shred' of evidence, you come out with claims of our insults to your cooperation.
Right now, of the current time, I am working under the assumption that we have done nothing wrong. I have done some of our own internal investigations, and I have come up with nothing about a transmission of the sort of nature you claim.
Putting things shortly. I request that you present evidence of the subject of your dissatisfaction. Please append the information onto this Neural Net channel. If such indeed does exist, I will treat the matter with the severity it is.
However, on the flip side, if you are unable to present anything, I will treat the situation as the Universal Shipping Inc. attempting to worm out of a job, instead of politely requesting that it be passed along to another shipping cooperation instead.
As I have understood, Mr. Bell was personally faced with an insult to our corporation presumably from someone within the Interspace Commerce. He did not look lightly upon this as we had most politely recently accepted a contract. Mr. Bell was confronted with an accusation or insult, if you will, resulting in an impulsive act to terminate the contract of despise.
This is of course not of proper etiquette from either of our corporations, and to let it be based on a simple wording from a face to another is wrong. There are other matters we should focus on, than to start a feud within Liberty between two great corporations such as ours.
If you have nothing more to add, let us declare this resolved, and until further notice the contract has been cancelled if you do not wish to re-instate it.
Signed,
James Barlow

Four words Mr. Barlow.
"Please present your evidence."
We of the Interspace Commerce do not like leaving things half-finished, as it will only pop up sometime in the future once more. Please present the evidence for this encounter. That is how business works, after all. Although i'm quite sure you're aware of this, being a business yourself.
Jacob Wells, let me put this short for you. I cannot present any evidence if there is none to present. As I believe it was a face-to-face conversation or a simple spreading of words, I cannot say that makes it any easier.
Mr. Bell is a respected man among many. I hope that you are not suggesting that he came up with an excuse to terminate this contract, which was well on its way to completion. The only reason clear to me, would be of what has already been said.
This does not benefit any of us, nor does it benefit the well-being of liberty if we keep on disagreeing with eachother. If both parties agrees, let's drag this away from our desks in order to open them up for business instead.
Signed,
James Barlow

With some furthur investigation, I have discovered that the only board members at the time which could have spoken to you face to face, have been occupied at the time. There are only three people at the alloted time between transmissions, and your last delivery. That would be myself, which I have not spoken to you. Mr. Mercana, who has been extremely busy, and Mr. Bontrager who we have 'video logs' of him in Waterloo Station. A meeting to be exact, who promptly returns to his office. Keep in mind that we monitor all network connection coming in, and out of the Interspace offices within the station. Your claims do not match up.
Regretfully, I have been contacted by Deep Space Engineering as they have caught wind of what happened with the contract. I have no more juristiction over the matter, and I politely ask you to send a transmission to the DSE speaking about your case. They will be waiting for it. They may be a little more.. willing to grant you business once more than myself, although I cannot make any promises.

I await your response.
I'm deeply apologetic that you must insist in calling me a lier, clearly someone in your department needs to give their heads a wobble, As President I do not have time for this.
I'm referring to this argument as over.
Per members and Executive Administration vote, we consider the contract still closed, and for it to never be reinstated from or to who ever it may be.
Signed,
Charles
