You guys need to make smaller, more concise comms that get the point across. Unless they're addressed to me I just don't read UN comms because they've been injected with literacy steroids (and even when they are addressed to me, getting to the point is difficult). Too many words that submerge the point that's trying to be made.

Sorry. I overthink what the character might be saying and how they're going to articulate it. I'm trying to play a diplomacy-centric character.
I usually view comms as a debated with points and counterpoints.

It's difficult for me not to be frustrated with the attitude I've been given from Custodi and Brotherhood HCs. I've been asking for months about how we can move away from this RP 'betrayal' that UN was effectively coerced into doing by the Hessians (give up an NPC base or go through with this roleplay). We've offered reparations, ships, commodities, food, anything. I don't seem to get responses very often, except for the Brotherhood player who is currently making an effort of it.
After a year and a half of being allies that is a huge issue. It's at the point where we can't trade our own commodities UN's unlawful routes were balanced for because Custodi and Brotherhood do not want to communicate and find some kind of solution. Routes to corsair space that I asked to be dev'd into the game no longer work. It's actively destroyed all smuggling aspects of what UN does ingame and has created an RP situation that is difficult to find believable.
I don't know what to do with it. It feels like we've been strong-armed and being told to put up with it, for no activity gain, no meaningful activity creation, no RP opportunities, and reduced ingame opportunities.
I'd be happy if you guys suggested a solution and worked with me to make it happen. My people are seriously demotivated by it. All the pro-corsair RP we did, breaking our rep with the Apostatas, doing all kinds of things for the Brotherhood and Custodi, both in shipping and in fighting together, are made irrelevant now.
I don't know what to do in this situation. It's completely ruined our rep sheet and damaged the entire setup of the faction.
I'm currently working with the story dev team to find a solution here, but it's only doable if the Corsairs are onboard. Otherwise, the Unioners, who'se unique feature is that we're neutral between the Corsairs and the Hessians, end up Hostile to both the Corsairs and the Hessians.

I know that the Faction is here a Long time bevor i came back.
But sorry, the name "Reichsarbeitergesellschaft" is really not the best idea, when you look to the darkes part in the history of germany.
And this, together with a Rheinland-Faction, is… how should i say it ...unlucky. Even today, over 70 years after the third Reich are there trials against former SS members.
So please, take a Minute and think about this part of the name.
I won't say, that you ar bad, mad, or soemething else, when you ceep this Name, but please think about it.

Apologies for the delayed response!
It's interesting. The name was suggested by a first language german speaker who quite definitely was not attempting to push any political views into the game. The HC is aware of the associations.
Functionally the name fitted a government-sanctioned trade Union organisation created under an empire. The name was created as more of a reference to the theoretically hard left syndicalist movements that ended up collaborating with the royalists in 1920s Spain. It's important to note that this is only a formal historical name which is now defunct but is used by the Unioners to lend legitimacy (as it was a name used by the Unioners when they were a lawful organisation), and stopped being immediately relevant as soon as the Unioners were outlawed by the post 80 year war remenant of the Rheinland empire that became the Rheinland Republic.
Since the name is deeply ingrained into our lore, history, and ingame ID, and our German players don't appear to have a problem with it, we'd prefer not to change it outright. However, if it does cause meaningful offence or disruption to anyone else, we'll talk to the admins about altering the name.
In its translation there is no direct references to the Nazis within the name itself. The 'Reich' referred to is the Rhineland empire, which was a constitutional planned economy monarchy with broad social freedoms and elective oligarchy for local government.
The Unioners are certainly not in any way a Nazi organisation. Whilst they might have a few notable rightwing features regarding their attitude to certain trade disciplines, the Unioners hold the predominantly socialist-Libertarian syndicalist values of the individualist classical left wing. They're more Hegel than Marx.
Let us know if you'd like any lore materials on this issue. We're deeply invested in our history and the inspiration for the Unioners was largely the fascinating political compromises made in Europe during the late twenties pre-great depression era.
Thank you for speaking up.

You defended yourself from superior force at a serious (no regens) disadvantage. I respect that.
However one question I have that remains unsolved.
Were you aware of the loss of Wedel? Or were you screwed by devteam by baiting Hessians to do what they do best? I dont really know what to trust with dead fleet jumping admirals.

Thanks for the respect. It'll simply come down to having better numbers and an active source of regens and ammo next time. Hopefully some Hessians make some Unioner ships so we can have a fun, enjoyable conflict.
We were aware of the loss of Wedel.
Wedel wasn't planned to fall in exchange for Vierlande so much that the hulked Vierlande is now the emergency landing point for Unioner survivors (as Vierlande is now a wreck). This is still a huge blow for the Unioners. It's also not guaranteed that we will be able to hold Vierlande. We will have to make repair events and secure the help of other factions.
If people want to see fight balance, they have to make Unioner ships. That's the way that events like this will be more functional. I suggest anybody who wanted the fights to be more balanced and less of a pile-up to make both Rheinland lawful and Unioner ships. We fully plan to keep doing events like this one, although that can't happen without ebb and flow.

I get you're mad bro, but surely you can see this is gonna get you no where and this reaction will simply make people lose respect for you. Speaking from experience here. Take a chill pill.
