Yes, you are not allowed that ship, as it is a part of the Kruger| faction, and the Kruger| primary ID doesn't allow it, so it is a violation of secondary ID rules. Unless you have an SRP.
However I think you are allowed non generic IDs as secondary, but you have to get admin approval for ANY secondary ID, and it is less likely to be granted for a non-generic or already owned ID.
