Interesting because I never ever saw any .:j:. tagged vessel picking my loot in my 3 years of piracy around here with various pirate groups around Sirius, every time when my pirate char contact one of yours you are busy or not interested.
It is ok to RP like this I have nothing against it - to stay on the safe side and have your own way in Sirius.
But as it seems you cannot make difference between RP and OORP information, in general Wiki is OORP information to guide people and help them to RP, list the corporates as neutral at least if you work for them.
Aha I see thank you for telling me 3 times what you do as junkers, however you miss one simple major point, you cannot stop what the independent junkers do in RP as long as it is the canon junker RP and I am saying that it is canon junker RP to pick the pirate loot not to haul for the corporates, for more info read faction right 2:
Quote:Official Factions cannot, under any circumstances, require another player to follow non-canon RP if that player doesn't want to.
Anyway in general it seems your faction understandings for RP and OORP terms and faction indie relations are messed up, If I wanted to give feedback via PM I would do so, don't PM me such stuff:
Quote:Junkers look out for on another, but occasionally a Junker decides to do his own thing and doesn't really care how it affects other Junkers. Such a Junker would be in danger of waking up with a knife in his back.
Because faction feedback is OORP stuff really and I dare you to find any RP evidence that my junker broke any law because in my understanding for RP "missing" ship crews does not report stuff, dead people don't talk, junkers are extremely good in covering up "missing" ship wrecks and salvaging every evidence- at least my junker is, corsairs do the demands, they do the blue msgs my ship only beams scrap and ore that he finds in space - it is not against any law actually.
Being in a group with Corsair means nothing in RP really. It is pure OORP info that the game provides to us to enable us to RP. In your place I would try to metagame less when it comes up to RP decisions in game, and indeed my junker cannot know that you make deals with the miners that I rob because I just don't metagame, my char knows only what he is told to and what he sees, it seems that this is not the case with yours.
Long story short- fix your understanding for RP and OORP stuff don't mix them and don't metagame , do read good the faction rules- they tell you what you can and what you cannot do.
Anyway I wish you good luck see you in space take my words as constructive criticism, you don't need to explain me how .:J:. stuff works I know, you don't need to defend your position I am ok with it, but please don't tell me how to RP with my junker.
