About the whole CR Tech Permission

I'm in no way recommending not following the current tech rules. You're absolutely right, Jinx, we haven't updated them yet. So as such, those rules still stand until we do.

I know I told a couple members otherwise shortly after launch, but I was jumping the gun there.

Vlko, eventually, yes, for the most part. Until then, play by the rules as written.

First you said "You can use whatever you want, as long as you have faction permission".

Then you said "You can use whatever you want, as long as you have faction permission but closed factions cant give out tech".

Then you said "You can use whatever you want without the faction permission, thats why we implemented the energy plugin, closed factions are off limits."

Seriously, make up your god damn mind. If you yourself dont know whats the plan, then dont post stupid stuff on forums and get everyone confused. You should know better.
