Aaaanyway, I don't see the point of this fuss since the tech nerfs. If they want to have Nyx with 30% power, let them. I will also make a CR Spyglass even if I will have 30% nerf... so what? The rules about tech are outdated since the new system (and this is mostly because admins didn't work with the devs to have everything sorted at the release of the new version).
