The Colonial Remnant IS NOT a faction with the resources to fuel and maintain a Heavy BS

a medium carrier, YES... but the CR always relied on speed and agility over brute force... now dont go all kusari and ask for a "if i see it, its dead BS"... cuz i find it insanely lame that some factions has this overall shipline "trait" and when it comes to their BS, its the polar opposite..

Take Kusari and Bretonia for example..
