There are military and research facilities that the people in OSI wouldn even start to guess how to use.

Edit: By people I mean RP people not RL people.

We have Cornucopia Manufacturing. We already (inRP) make Conferences, snubs and the entire Zoner weapon line. I think we could handle it just fine.

I'm not jumping the gun though. OSI will make its decision if/when the system becomes available.

@Dane: We do use gunboats. We have 2 in operation. The Orinoco and Sabana. You should know that:P
