It's not outlined in the writeup there, but we do plan to take PFI in a slightly different direction than normal.

Not to talk down on earlier incarnations of the faction, but it's evident that the general trading faction idea just doesn't work for it, so the plan is to make deals with those you wouldn't find most lawful corporations even talking to at all.
