However in the interests of sanity and keeping a logical nature to the war, I'd ask that conflict is generally speaking kept to the systems in which it's supposed to be happening. Those being Texas, Hamburg, Bering, Hudson, New Hampshire and Bremen.
I'll repeat, it is not against the rules to go elsewhere, it's just not great in roleplay terms.
Pretty much what Joe said for the [RM] side too. It doesn't make sense to get in each other house capital, since you would expect the front to be heavily controlled (and as much the mod itself can't do it properly, we can roleplay it out, yes?).
I can see some in deep enemy space actions made by secret services, but nothing else really.
