a bretonian police faction. - but haven t ppl said about the liberty police that they should only use patriots and liberators? - no capital ships. - i guess that makes the bretonian police use light fighters only, too. well, at least the NPCs only use those sperm shaped ships. - guess its up to the faction itself in the end.

anyway - i believe that... in order to "revive" the sector... it takes traders. no traders, no pirates; no pirates no need for a police. its all down to how frequented the systems are by ..... mostly individual traders and therefor pirates.
