If any of the Rogues report it to Moka, then so be it, Pita will deal with the consequences as they arise. So far, no one has reported it to Moka, so I don't need to worry about it.

The PMs came across as basically "finish talking, I want to kill him now". Whether they were meant or not doesn't really matter, that's what it sounded like.
You want to kill him, Sweet as, thats no worries normally. BUT. I was there first, LR- run the show as far as pirates go in Liberty, and I said no. That should be the end of - regardless of whether you're on the bounty board or not.
If you were worried about them turning Pita into a traitor, then why not RP it. If there was RP before shooting him, I wouldn't have a problem at all. Not a worry in the world. But there wasn't. So that point really is null and void.
As for the Mollys being allied with the Rogues, there are some hostilities starting to come out on the Rogues side, namely you supplying HF with ships/guns. Which are used to shoot us. But thats' a story for another time and place.

Again, if it is taken up with Moka, pita will deal with the consequences. It could have looked bad to everyone else, but if everyone else wanted to take the time to figure out what was going on, instead of assuming it was all OORP, there wouldn't have been an issue in the first place.
