Not quite clear about one thing Alte. An [M]- tagged Molly with Molly ID pirating in Liberty space is out of ZOI certainly. One traveling through on a smuggling run isn't, as I'm sure you are already aware.

Now, a WG tagged Molly with a Freelancer ID isn't a pirate but a mercenary. Being in Liberty or anywhere else is fully within the ZOI. The Wild Geese mercenary wing of the Mollys was part of the original bid for official faction, was part of the faction role play before the [M]- became official, so it's nothing new.

Therefore, a WG merc is fully within ZOI to be hunting within Liberty space or anywhere else.
