About LFs- no need of troll ships like Liberator, I would give them better intercepting ablilites-better CD and 450 cruise but I wont give them more then 3 guns and all level 8. Take Hayabusa an Liberator as size for LF and make all of them like it but with weaker guns.
Hyena like LFs are useless or OP in Surveyor case- they could simply be made to HFs. http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=88060
