I mean you dont see pirates (or i hope non of you do this) CD a trader and then say 2milordie, not gonna give any huh? and start shooting in a matter or 30 seconds from first CD the guy.

That is exactly what you see from the vast and overwhealming majority of pirates.

I mean like:

2milordie! *waits 2 seconds* NO??? OK COME AT ME BRO! ENGAGING!

that sort of thing. Most of the pirates i have encountered wait a while or at-least try to make it logical, maybe the problem is the trader doesnt know the word stop and keeps going, then the pirate shoots cause you clearly said before (not mentioned here) he would shoot if the trader didnt comply.
