So im on my rogue minding my own business, as usual, on a lane waiting for the next trader to show up when all of a sudden a BHG guy comes up (not naming names) and makes his little sentence like <insert name here> you are on the bounty board list and i will collect it, or something like that and then IMMIDIATLY starts shooting. like... not even a few seconds after the message.
Now i have no problem with bounty hunters and its a nice pass time and all but PLEASE learn to RP. Saying that sentence and then shooting in the matter of seconds is the same thing as saying ENGAGING ENGAGING. At least give me some time, 30 seconds? I mean you dont see pirates (or i hope non of you do this) CD a trader and then say 2milordie, not gonna give any huh? and start shooting in a matter or 30 seconds from first CD the guy. No no no, you make conversation aka RP and give a guy a chance to catch their breath/ have a choice.
Make something more creative that is not like saying ENGAGING and I'll be happy. And no, don't say you cant type fast enough and the pirate will run away... as a pirate or bounty hunter (i do/did both) i know you can spill a few sentences fast enough while CDing.

Same here dude... i was in my Rouge GB and a freelancer roc comes and says "Hellor rouge.. there is bounty on your head"! So then i say "oh" hold on. and i set my weapons group and she started shooting. It all happened in under 1 minute. iwas like then i blew her up.
What you're asking for would be (for most bunters) ooRP. They don't want a conversation, they want money. This involves killing you, and the quicker the better. Time is money as they say...
To be honest, I prefer interactions with more talkative players, but every man who wants you dead wanting to strike up a conversation or giving you time to prepare to shoot back isn't better RP.

thats like me saying if i see a LN and want him dead i should just scream some random sentence and attack so that he wont have time to regroup with more men later and gank me. See what i mean? Im not asking for much. What your saying as "TIME is money" isn't a matter of seconds. you can pull off a good amount of rp in a short time and ill be satisfied.

Rules-wise, no; iRP, the majority of bunters wouldn't even go that far and at most would shove a warrant in your direction and proceed to start ripping you a new one without so much as a word through comms.

If attacking the LN was an absoloute must, this would make perfect sense iRP. Though a more likely scenario would be that the LR would run at the soonest oppurtunity.
