ENCRYPTION:High PRIORITY:Medium COMM ID: Phantom lead SUBJECT:Multiple incidents In New York
Good day
Quite an eventful afternoon within New York today. I took off from LSF outpost Alpha-ZULU on planet Manhattan and proceeded to my usual observation spot. Within no more than five minutes I discovered a trader by the name of, "rover841" that was carrying a variety of goods, most notably Cardamine. He was just about to dock with Trenton when I ordered him to stop and drop the illicit drug. He questioned me and I told him that it was illegal. Somehow he managed to hack into the docking system and land on the station. I immediaitly contacted the administrator who had him thrown out. Unfortunately he was able to sell the drugs during his short stay. I then told him that he was under arrest and that he was to shut down all systems. Of course he did the exact opposite and started firing on me. I had no choice but to put him out of action.
The space surrounding Manhattan was peaceful once more, but not for long as I received a distress call form an LNS captain. Apparently two Outcast Bombers were causing havoc and needed to be dealt with. The LNS ships were unable to locate said pirates however I was lucky enough to stumble upon them. Both attempted to flee in different directions so I decided to focus on one. I was able to cut ~Maverick~ off and intercept him. After numerous orders issued by myself to stop he continued to flee, I therefore approved his engagement. His buddy, A.Lot.LikeFozBuoy. come soon after to disrupt us. Unfortunately I had no more cruise disruptors so they managed to flee to the Badlands. Again they separated and again I chose to focus on ~Maverick~. I easily out piloted him and once he realized that he stood no chance he headed to Buffalo where he was able to dock.
With ~Maverick~ out the way I made way for an intercept point of A.Lot.LikeFozBuoy. It worked and I found him in the Badlands. Myself and the LNS then engaged him once again our force was no match and once again the Outcast docked on Buffalo. I can report that there is a very good chance those bombers will never fly again with all the damage we inflicted.
