Greetings to the Kusari Emperor and Government Delegation, I am Vega, founder of the Sirius Science Committee, Zoner based corperation. We wish to construct a planet-side facility on Planet Junyo.

We understand if you deny our request to construct a complex on the planet and setup one on Ames Research Station. One of the reasons is to advance in medical field and the second reason is to improve a new compound to ensure a Nomad Insurrection can never happen again. Project A.N.A is to ensure this, but for it to work, we need proper space and sites to conduct these experiments to improve the compound.
