I have edited the the information in the wiki, now it should make more sense.
As for the torp, it is effective against gunboats so don't rule it out.

The Wiki text is taken directly from the infocard text. It's futile to change it the wiki since it will be overwritten with the infocard text again as the soon as the next update is generated. Make a bug in the infocard sub-forum requesting a change there.

ps--on subject, game would be better served by an EMP version of SNAC rather than EMP version of NOVA. Do the math. Although there is a real threat from tag-teaming bombers, one that deshields and the other that dehulls, but same is already possible with tag-teaming SNAC bombers so no diff really.

Maybe have the EMP snac go a bit faster and have a good amount of damage to shield done for caps.

I actually find it easier to use the SNAC.... Nova's are just too slow for me.
