I do not wish for more admin intervention. However, the present system where official factions perform lower-level server administration can and should be changed.

Sorry, what low level server administration do factions currently perform? I'm genuinely interested in the public perception of this one.

One way is through use of FR5/generic ID rephack, which basically permits official factions to sanction unofficial players and groups who act disagreeably. You even get a nice sanction notice out of it.

Another way is by powergaming any undesirable group or base in ZOI. Note this recent occurrence.
