Also, what will do people who own now cruisers and battlecruisers with LSF/MND/Kempetei/BIS ID? Sanction them after release of 4.87 ? =/

Well if it stays that way logic says change the ID or change the ship, not just sit around until 4.87 and get sanctioned for it you'll probably come off a lot worse.
