This guy's kinda new, and doesn't get the full RP aspect yet see here or here

But from what I've always seen, and played, the Junkers have a good relationship with the corsairs, as the Junkers are the ones selling their Buying their artifacts in Liberty especially and selling them to Manhattenites.

This to me spells a good relationship. Did he not remember you from 10m earlier? or whatever the timeframe was?
