what if it carries 10 dockable docking bays 8|

i agree in fitting with being a carrier, it needs to have more spots for docking modules than other ships.

which leads me to an idea that is possible if that happens.....

occassional jump raids on the enemy capital. load a carrier up with fighters and bombers (maybe a GB), jump it into a quiet hidden area and have the fighters and bombers go raid the area. when they are done, redock and jump back home. as for the fuel, for the jump home, secretly hire a freelancer to buy fuel for you.

could also allow (via SRP acquisition of a carrier) the LSF to conduct spy missions.
