Notice: Some aesthetic layout changes

As of 15:11 GMT 12.09.2013 I've - possibly temporarily - implemented some minor aesthetic layout changes and fixes on the Discovery Wiki for further cross-browser compatibility testing and feedback after testing it client-side for a few days.

The changes can mostly be summed up as a few bug fixes, a new background, and some additional padding on the right and left sides of the page.

If you've got any feedback, suggestions or issues to report regarding the layout, please post them here or on the talk page for the theme's CSS file if you're into that type of thing.

PS: If you're having any issues with the "new" layout, please try pressing Ctrl + F5 and/or emptying your cache before reporting anything. They'll most likely be cache issues, seeing as the changes were implemented just a few minutes ago.
