I'll look into that again, actually. It was originally made like that because I was experimenting with a fixed-width design for the layout initially, but there's no reason for keeping it like that any more. Give me a few minutes or so.

EDIT: It'll take a bit longer than that to implement a CSS-only solution for it, actually, as I've done some other layout changes which prevents me from just using the old style. I'll get there eventually, though, it was just a bit less simple than I thought to implement it well.

EDIT2: Done - it was luckily quite a bit simpler than I initially thought. I'm aware that the user bar text now clashes with the background image at some viewport sizes - I'll take a closer look at that later today.
