Ok, I get it... I'm at 75% because of my ID (Freelancer ID) So I want Neutral ID instead. Now how do I get FLHook to cooperate? I've tried to make myself a superuser and FLHook says I don't exist... WTF??? FLHook needs a GUI for those of us who are NOT programmers because I'm not sure what I'm doing with this thing.

As for the wobble... It didn't exist in 4.84, because I was running Battlewagons and Dreadnaughts and never had a problem with either the GoTo or Dock commands in those ships. I think that there was a major change with the Cap ships in regards to how they moved through asteroid fields between 4.84 and 4.85. For example, in 4.84 when I entered an asteroid field in a Cap Ship on cruise mode, I would start bouncing around the asteroids pretty badly, and would have to shut down the cruise engines in order to navigate the field. In 4.85, I noticed right away that the Cap ship behaved differently in the asteroid field while in cruise mode, and the ship tended to stop from a speed of 350 to 0 when hitting a rock instead of bouncing off and careening around... So MAYBE some of those changes are responsible for the wobble... I'm not an expert, I'm just reporting what I'm seeing...
