I was on patrol in the Tau 23 system today, looking for potenial sniffer aligned smugglers, when I was forwarded notice by one of our patrols that a Junker's Congress vessel had been spotted entering Gallia via the Lorraine sytem. Being too far away to deal with it personally I sent a request to Bourbon Base to have a pilot investigate on our behalf. The pilot of the Demolir 3 submitted the following report.

Launching as requested by Membre La'Biere, I made my way to the Lorraine system via the Lyonnais anomaly routes, only to receive reports that the vessel in question had already passed into the Champagne system. Fearing the vessel was looking to haul sniffer trash deeper into Gallia I doubled back to the Burgundy system and then into Champagne in an effort to cut the vessel off. A bit of searching led me to run across the vessel .:j:.Money-Maker deep in the heart of Council territory. There we had an, intriguing, conversation. Quite unusual, I do say. The vessel ended up mooring at Reims Station, and I returned to Bourbon Base to submit this report.

I do not know what, if anything the Council will make of this, to be honest. I leave such things to the honorable Senat. As a pilot however, guidelines for dealing with these Sirian Junkers, especially those affiliated with this Junker's Congress, given their propensity for hauling trash into our home would be appreciated. I feel like they make themselves too familiar with our homes with too little respect for our interests. I, and others, await your instructions on the matter.

I must agree with the pilot here; we should determine our stance more clearly on these folk. While it may not be in our interests to be fully hostile, we should exert our influence where necessary. I leave this to discussion at our next Senat meeting, however.
