I joined the military when I became of age. I served mostly as a Pytho pilot protecting our meager existence from forces vast and terrible until one day, while on patrol, we were besieged by aliens, jelly-like and horrible to behold. They came by the thousands and were relentless in their destruction until the Pegasus and all of her supporting craft were no longer. I managed to survive although my Pytho as well as my co-pilot did not. I was picked up by The Order who happened to be on a deep-space mission. After months on-board one of their hospital ships I was finally healthy enough to leave and found that they had not only patched me up but my Pytho, as well!
