revision of the ZONERS faction - to avoid yearly discussions

I find it kinda interesting that (from what I have seen, but could be wrong) the people who voted to change the ship line aren't avid Zoner players, yet the people who voted to keep it are the ones who are in the 3 prominent Zoner factions, or have a lot of RP involved with their Zoner chars.

Hey Jinx, perhaps discuss first with the people who actually play Zoners more often than not, discuss with officials and Zoner groups that have a stake in this and have a long time/effort devoted to it, instead of opening a poll to public which allows people who don't like Zoners/don't play Zoners to vote?

Wouldn't that be nice... Now lets take a look

-On the fence about this one, but doesn't disrupt the already established state we're in. Few Zoner players in here.

So again, why weren't the factions consulted first? Cause I can guarantee you that if someone tried this with any other official faction(s), without first talking with the official factions privately first, there would be hell to pay.
