Suggestion on how to fix the scanners (keep the flames out!)

Why? Because when you have no guns and you fly a bulk of a ship, a bomber takes down your shields in about 6-7 seconds anyway (from a full state), so you count mainly on your hull and CAU 8 to tank the damage all the way to the nearby base.

If I remember correctly, too low a power core results in an inability to cruise at standard speed due to cruise drain.

Not sure if I'm correct about that though.

My 1%-core-Camara can only cruise at 210-220 ms once the core is "completly drained". So, yes, that is correct. If your core is nerfed to 0% you will actually not be able to cruise at all once your initial core reserve is gone. Though 0% will actually make your core be drained by your shield (every shield has at least 1 point of energy drain afaik) and might actually cause you to not be able to move at all after a while. Not sure if impulse does use up any energy, but I'm pretty sure strafing and thruster uses a very small amount.


Besides that, I think Jack's suggestions are alright.


(There's a technerf on scanner's now? So, my "BS Scanner"-BWT is now technerfed? Seriously? I didn't check yet...or did I not have a BS scanner on it at all...I got one on a GB of mine, I know that...)
