Remove Planet Hartford From Conn!

Which are almost never used anyway. And there's still no reason for them to begin within a few k of New Haven. In a longer-distance fight they can be a real nuisance.

I know a whole bunch of people that use it quite frequently. It can be moved further though.

Better solution: Remove the undock point to the rear. The planet should be close, so you can suicide into it quickly.

There is one in the rear already. Hence why I sometimes nearly die qq.
