This report has been sitting on my desk for a little over week. Due to situations beyond my control this is the first chance I have had to forward it up to command and for that I apologize.
Report on Order Incursion in to New London
To: Supreme Judge Logan

Subject: Order Incursion to in New London.
Logan,
As requested, upon reports of a large Order contingent entering Bretonian Space, we set sail and headed to New London. We were constant contact with Senior Judge Yohance and Judge Wolf both of who, by this time, were already in contact with them. We set up position and proceeded to monitor all traffic on Long and Short Range Scanners. After a time I noticed a large build-up of Reaver activity in Leeds followed by some coming from the direction of Liberty and Rheinland. Also, about this time, two Corsairs fighters were picked up, on scanners, as they entered in to New London. These Corsairs proceeded to the west of Planet New London, where the Order and Judges were located. Possible co-operation between Corsairs and Order?
The Order seemed pre-occupied with the presence of one Wilde Stefanie Gottlieb. This ship has the ability to cloak, as it appeared and disappeared off of my Scanners. We will have to investigate this one more.
As the Reavers and GRN numbers increased a battle ensued. The Order attacked, Judge Wolf, Senior Judge Yohance had by this time left, but then seemed to worry more about the Reavers and GRN. The Corsairs threw in their lot with the Order and attacked their mutual enemies. After a very intense battle loses were Judge Wolf’s ship (I managed to pick up his escape pod), the Order, I believe, were wiped out as were the Corsairs. The GRN/Reaver loses were approximately 3-5 in number. Also during the fight Stefanie Gottlieb’s ship was also destroyed but I can’t say which side was involved in this.

The Reavers were flying a varied selection of ships. Odins, Black Dragons and Lynxs.

And a couple of GRN that I managed to pick upon Long Range Scanners as they entered NL.
Conclusions:-
The Order seems to appear to have a ‘one tracked mind’ mentality. If I didn’t know better I would say that they are similar to the AIs encountered, as when one member transmits something the rest seem to ‘parrot’ what was said. Maybe this is a group reassurance to ‘bolster’ their confidence/arrogance? They come over as very arrogant in their assumption that they can defend Humankind from threats seen and unseen. They believe that they have the power/right to go where they please. They also seem to believe that House Laws don’t apply to them and have little regards of the Lawful Forces of those Houses. Basically they will attack anybody who gets it their way. Whatever their way is?
It appears that Gallia doesn’t like the Order as seen by the arrival of GRN and the Reavers, in great numbers, in to the Heart of Bretonia. I have no idea what happened to the BAF or BPA as neither were to be ‘seen’ on Short or Long Range Scanners.
Maybe, after having lost all their Forces in this fight, the Order may rethink their arrogance and may try a slightly different approach. It was seen, from this battle that their ‘confidence’ doesn’t necessarily equate to ability.
I will let Senior Judge Yohance/Judge Wolf report on the outcome of the actual meeting as I was merely an observer.

I believe Judge Wolf would agree that the meeting was a waste of our time and I agree with Senior Judge Douglas's assessment on the Order. For a group claiming to "defend" humanity, they seem just as content to shoot at it as well. I see no value in pursuit of any kind of agreements with them at this time.
