Poole is a Bretoina core system with a a jump gate now to Cambridge
Halle is the Rheinland Federal Police Guard system.
Hokkido is part of Kusari core space

And one last thing, on the Bounty Hunter Core ID, it states that Cruisers/Destroyers & Battlecruisers & Battleships/Dreadnoughs/Carriers flying with the Bounty Hunter Core ID is not permitted to bring them into any system containing a Jump gate besides Sigma-19, Sigma-17 and the Omicrons

One last thing I felt I might say

Red - Corsairs, Nomads and Order.

Does that include Das Wild, Isijin/Aoe and other nomadic/infecties?
And for another part really fast, Outcasts are fully hostile to the BHG and Guild core ID's now.
So are the GRN/GRP
