What's the reason for this?

OORP -> Quite frankly, people don't like to fight because ether they always get beaten by pros or that they would rather prefer to RP with WORDS rather than GUNS. Often people come and ruin nice RP sessions with fights and that annoys people.

InRP -> Their Character might be scared of death. They might not want to fight, they might be pacifists so they want to save their own life.

ooRP side - I never understood how fighting in this game isn't part of the RP. Sorry to say, but, 2 military characters from 2 fighiting sides that meet up have little to talk about. They both have a duty to kill one anther.

Not that I can't appreciate words RP, regardless, how is that tied to docking instead of just dying again?

inRP - > makes sense I guess. Though not for all characters.
