All Liberty Navy weaponry, all Armor Upgrades, all Mines, all Missiles, all Torpedos, all Shields, Liberty Civilian "Enforcer"-series weaponry, Civilian "Debilitator"-series Pulse Cannons, Mini Razors and Supernova Antimatter Cannons. Experimental weaponry, as well as weaponry negotiated for by the Liberty Navy from third parties, is allowed for members of Commander rank or above. Lieutenant Commanders may also apply for both, which will be distributed based on combat aptitude and responsibility.
