Hello, I was wondering if I could get clarification from Administrators about this rule.
"Faction Right 2. Official player factions have authority over players of the same NPC affiliation, as long as RP justification is provided....."
Does this mean that an official faction leader can usurp the authority of the leader of an unofficial faction and begin giving orders to that leader/ and or his unofficial factions players?
For instance, if there was a war, the leader of an unofficial faction will not have the ability to position his forces where he deems them strategically fit, and instead has to position them where the leader of the official faction wants them? It doesn't seem right that a faction leader grinds to train,arm, and build a bank for his faction members just to have someone usurp their authority who didn't contribute to that unofficial faction.
