How can we make Discovery better?

You know, I came back for literally a day hoping things would've picked up. I was disappointed when the servers daily population was 40-60. That number is dropping. I flew for 40 minutes to find one person, only to be denied an interaction because they'd rather trade silently. New York isn't very populated, either. The server is empty, and even if you manage to find someone, chances are they probably wont want to talk.

As Lyth said, saying Disco isn't dying is Ignorant. This isn't a down time from the server issues. The way I see it, this is the end. It was like this before, but this time it's different. I see literally no way to save Discovery.

EDIT: Oh, and I left again and gave all my things to Altejago.
