Tara crosses her arms, eyeing the man in front of her for a few minutes. raising both of her palms slightly, she seems to almost deflate as she lets out a large breath, sinking down where she was leaning with both elbows on the bar in front of the two.
"You told me the truth. At least a larger part of it than before.. That was all that I desired. Stretched or not. Well, welcome to the Commonwealth, Tobi Holzer. Hunted, feared, it matters not. We don't give a damn around here. As long as you respect the others around you, you'll fit in just fine."
"As for keeping people from getting to you, it seems that we may need to get on better terms with the Corsairs. Easy enough I suppose, i'll have a talk with the others about working on something between the two of us later. Would give us something to do rather than lazing around all day."
Crossing her legs. Her professionalism that she harbored a few minutes ago quickly fading, revealing quite a different person. Same personality, however the attitude is quite different.
"Gah.. This job is such a pain, what on earth possessed me.."
Waving a hand to the bartender, where another glass of the clear liquid is slid across the bar, where she takes another sip of quietly.
"When you came in here, did you happen to see a young girl about.." Moving her hand to show a shorter form. "This big when you came in?"
Scratching the back of her head. "Ah.. Well, besides that.. Tobi, what do you need from me, hm? Business stuff i'll gladly finish later to get you officially within, although i've lost the will to put up a silly front for the time being. Later however, i'll finish up what's needed. Until then, have a drink. Or at least some water."
