I was wondering about making the faction that is neutral in Sirius, but rather kind of quasilawful in Kusari. What ID would it need then, since Freelancer ID forbids attacking lawfuls. The main problem in fact is that the faction itself wouldn't be not opposed towards Kusari Exiles, Blood Dragons or GC, yet kind of could land on Kyushu, because of the ideology of the faction.
