Qualifications: Basic Pilot's Licence, Snub-fighter and misc civilian craft experience, Advanced Knowledge of ship systems and engines, Associates Degree in Mathematics.
Brief Biography: I was born on Manhattan to wealthy parents, my father was a top Ageira Technologies engineer. I was encouraged to follow in my father's footsteps but I have decided to apply to the Liberty Police instead. As far back as I can remember I have always loved flying and wanted to be a pilot. During my Ageira internship I had an opportunity to look at the requirements for escort pilots, one of the few Ageira positions that I was interested in. Unfortunately I found out that they wanted pilots with previous combat experience. Depressed, I continued my engineering studies. However, last month everything changed. I was traveling back from the Ageira Headquarters on Denver when suddenly the tradelane dropped me out into the middle of the Silverton Asteroid Field.
A group of Xenos surrounded me and attempted to grapple my ship and hold me hostage. I was fortunately rescued by a nearby LPI patrol which drove off the criminals. That night I could not stop thinking about what a close shave I had, and what could have happened if that patrol hadn't been nearby. A thought occurred to me, what about joining the LPI? The next morning I went down to the recruiting office and got some materials with more information on the Liberty Police. Over the next weeks I thought more and more about joining the LPI, and so after finishing my Mathematics finals I sent this application paper.
Reasons for Joining: I want to defend Liberty against Xenos and the other criminal elements that terrorize and rob peaceful civilians.
