If not, it is not a fleet battle imo. If you want to take your RMBS in between the rear of a Lib Dread covered with CD support, you should have necessary backup for it, in terms of snubs/cruisers/gbs to counter the opposition snubs/cruiser/gbs.
You cannot take in a lone RMBS against a swarm of snubs/gbs/cruisers and a Lib Dread and expect to come out with the blue.
No, but you still won't get RMBS in range of Liberty Dreadnought without a cloak, given that both fleets know what they're doing. There goes the whole "counter battleships with your battleships" thingie. Right now it was more or less balanced for both sides, because fleet combat was about "Hide your battleships while finding enemy battleships first and cloak-engage them from preferable angle and distance.
You can attempt a cross-fire ofc, using "claw"-like spread-out formation, but it's not quite optimal approach.
Oh well, at least cloaks are still there, and I think I know how to RP engagement notice properly in new conditions while letting battleships to fire away nearly instantly upon uncloaking, there is certain way.
But you'll still get helluva ton of
