Nomad snub cloak takes 30 seconds to charge. I escaped once.. not counting many unsuccessfull attempts when I got CD'd.
What if they cloak for 10 secs and I have to deal with it every time a nomad gets too brave and then runs, cloaks for 10 seconds and escapes... it is downright unfair.
Try to use some CDs when nomad charges cloak (shield dropped).
No fuel limits, he will try until I run out of CDs and cloak again....
It gives you plenty of time while nomad is unshielded. Even with CDing him with Reinforced with half (25) ammo every 20 seconds will give you 5 minutes.
You can just kill him.
And any other ship can run if you don't CD him by cruising. So it isn't a problem.
