On the Slave note: They should ( if we need it to be increased at all) take up 2 cargo space because they are still slaves and would not have the same comforts as say a passenger.
It is still small, refugees for an example are transported the same way as slaves, only they pay for that to be moved from the war zone and care not if they are in a Luxury Liner or a 600 year old, rusted, about to break and die in space pilgrim liner(i love pilgrim liner, dont get me wrong).
