Also, having own ID does not mean they are not junkers. JM="Junker" Marauders for a reason. Also, do you say that 101st are not outcasts?
I'm not going to say anything about whatever evidence there seems to be because I know nothing about it, as for the PLR coming to "wtfpwn JM" as you say, the only reason we attacked Beaumont in the first place was do to the JM not taking the proper measures to get consent and pay the proper taxes that the PLR place on any bases built in our space. They said nothing, we found out, we took measures against the blatant disregard for our relationship as allies, neutral or otherwise.
As for having their own ID, yes, it does make them different than regular Junker ID'ed Junkers. The JM ID dictates rules and such that differ from the Junker ID thus meaning that they , the JM are their own faction thus meaning they are not truly the same as the faction of which their origins reside.

Names alone do not dictate your treatment by others, The PLR (Padua Liberty Rogues do not get treated like the "Liberty" Navy or the Liberty "Rogues" We are our own faction, even if our origins reside with another. your faction, the JM have their own ID, their own Lore, their own rules, code of conduct, and from wnhat I rememebr from the initial creation of the JM, are Junkers that pirate for profit. I'm nbot sure about you, but this "Ditzy" Discoite over here can tell the difference between a red sports car and a blue SUV, they both get you paces, but they have very different uses.
