Lack of a Gallic Intelligence ID

As for that last remark... i scoff. That is a load of BS, because you can do that on the intel IDs already. As ive said before This ID is basically a direct copy of the KPT ID, with a few minor gallia specific changes. If this ID would be a "full-on PVP-mode / trader-griefing ID." then the existing intel IDs are the same.

The LSF ID can, in general, shoot Rheinlanders. The sillier theoretical options such as krieging Malta (Outcasts are, after all, enemies) are thankfully rarely used. The KPT ID doesn't have nearly as many options because Kusari isn't at war with any of the other houses.

Now, an ONI ID could:

• Raid New York, Texas and Alaska to shoot Libertonians.
  
• "Pirate" Libertonian and Bretonian traders in - say - Shikoku.
  
• Kill Bretonians down in the Omegas.
  
• And uh, well, krieg Malta and raid Omicron Mu.

I honestly don't see how that wouldn't be abused. So Mimir does have something of a point.

However, I still think the far more important thing to note is that Gallia's factions are already highly underpopulated. Adding more IDs while existing ones could be "revived" seems like a dumb idea.
