Haste, i'll refer you to the above. Adapt the GRP ID, and spin it in lore as the GRP being restructured to do more (or something like that.) It doesnt add a completely new and extra ID

As for the large amount of targets, simple enough change. Add a passage that says "may only target House militaries, Outcasts, colonial republic and Corsairs" or something similar. Allows for pews, but cuts the abuse potential of being able to destroy corporate transports.
