Dear Sir/Madam,

We understand that recently the Liberty Navy priorities have switched to Homeland Security and the war with Gallia. We also understand that in the light of those events modernization of weapons for typically ground units is not among your most important needs. Therefore, it is quite natural that this project, to speak informally, encountered a bureaucratic deadlock. Unfortunately, we cannot wait any longer. "Enforcer III" must hit the market before the end of this year or we will suffer significant losses. Therefore we are forced to look for a different partner for this particular project.

I would like to thank you for your time and efforts so far. I am sure that we will have opportunity to work together on countless occasions in future. This channel will remain open for any future communications, should a need arise.
